What has changed?

Now, all services that we offer clients will have KVM. If your service is unreachable or broken, we will get our “crash cart” at the data center, and technicians will fix your service without any charge, even if it’s user-end incorrect configuration.

In addition, all our services will include a cutting-edge ping monitor at the data center. If your service goes offline (hardware/server freeze/NIC problem etc…), the data center will receive a notification directly and fix it without you needing to worry. We will catch the issue before you even notice it!

To enable this cutting-edge ping monitor at the data center, please make sure that your service allows ICMP.

If you are running Windows, run this command on Powershell.

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name=”ICMP Allow incoming V4 echo request” protocol=”icmpv4:8,any” dir=in action=allow

If you are running Linux, make sure ICMP is not disabled at your firewall if you have it.
